Follycon will be using all of the rooms at the Majestic Hotel over the Easter weekend. In addition, we have arranged special convention rates with other hotels around Harrogate, as marked on the map (click to view the interactive version).
Room booking opened on 3 April 2017. Please note that booking at most of the hotels is by phone or email only.
If you require an accessible room in any of the hotels listed below, or if you need to be in the main hotel for access reasons, or because you have small children, please contact email@example.com as soon as possible if you haven’t already done so. All accessible rooms have walk-in showers except as noted.
All hotel rates include breakfast and VAT. All hotels have a limited number of cots available on request. The hotels’ policies on cancellation of bookings may vary; if you think it may affect you, we recommend asking your hotel when you book.

The hotel closest to the Majestic is the Premier Inn, which is (literally!) in the Majestic’s garden. However, Premier Inn do not arrange block booking or special rates, so we aren’t able to give firm details here. If you want to stay at this hotel, you can book from 3 April 2017 via their web site. If you call them on 0871 527 9432, you can get information about accessible rooms.
We are still completing arrangements with some other hotels in the area. When the details have been finalised, they will be added here.
In addition, there are plenty of local B&Bs, if you are looking to stay in Harrogate on a budget.
